How Elite Courts handles website inquiries, store orders and contact details.

Overview

Elite Courts respects visitor privacy and aims to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, process the orders you place, support booking conversations, and operate the website safely.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Elite Courts website, the Elite Store and related digital communications. It should be reviewed if new booking tools, payment systems, analytics platforms, or third-party services are added later.

Information you may provide

When you contact Elite Courts through the website, email, WhatsApp, phone, or social media, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred sport, package interest, and message details.

When you place an order in the Elite Store, you provide your name, phone number, city, delivery address where delivery is chosen, an email address, and an image of your payment receipt.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information unless it is necessary for your request.

Elite Store orders and payment receipts

Information you enter at checkout is stored and processed only to fulfil that order: to identify the order, confirm the payment shown on your receipt, check availability, arrange delivery or pickup, and answer any question you later raise about it. It is not used for marketing, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone who is not involved in completing your order.

Elite Courts has no online payment gateway and no card processing. Payments are made by bank transfer using the account details shown at checkout, so Elite Courts never receives or stores your card number, your bank login, or any other payment credential. Please do not include those details anywhere on the website.

The receipt image you upload is stored in the Elite Courts media storage account and linked to your order in the Elite Courts database. Automated checks are run on the uploaded file to help staff notice an obviously incorrect upload, such as a photo that is not a receipt or the same image submitted twice. Those checks are guidance only; an authorised member of Elite Courts staff always verifies the payment against the bank account before an order proceeds.

Access to orders and receipts is limited to authorised Elite Courts administrator accounts, which require a password and a second verification step. Administrator actions on orders are recorded so a change can be traced to the account that made it.

Order records, including the receipt image, are kept for as long as reasonably needed to complete and support the order and to keep accurate business and accounting records. They are then removed or retained only where a legitimate business, security, or recordkeeping need continues to apply.

Tournament entries

If you enter an Elite Courts tournament, we may record your name and the contact details you give us so the competition can be organised and so we can reach you about fixtures and results.

Only information that belongs on a public results page is published: team and player names, fixtures, scores, standings and event photographs. Player phone numbers, email addresses and any private notes are not published on the website and are not readable through the website's public data access.

Technical information

The website may receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referral source, and server logs needed for security, performance, and troubleshooting.

If analytics or cookies are enabled, they may help Elite Courts understand page views, device behavior, and general website usage.

How information is used

Elite Courts may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss bookings, answer membership questions, process and deliver store orders, verify a payment you have made, improve the website, monitor spam, and maintain secure operations.

Operational messages related to your inquiry or order may be sent through the contact method you used or provided.

WhatsApp and third-party platforms

When you contact Elite Courts through WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media, or other third-party platforms, those platforms may process your information under their own policies.

Elite Courts does not control the data practices of third-party services linked from the website.

Service providers we rely on

Running the website and the store requires a small number of technology providers, and information is shared with them only to the extent needed for the service they perform. Website content, store orders and tournament records are held in a hosted database. Images and uploaded payment receipts are held in a hosted media storage account. Contact-form and administrator security emails are sent through an email delivery service. Where website analytics is enabled, aggregate usage measurement is provided by Google Analytics.

These providers process information on behalf of Elite Courts for those purposes. Elite Courts does not sell your information and does not share it for advertising.

Information may also be disclosed when required to protect rights, investigate misuse, respond to lawful requests, or maintain business and website security.

Security and retention

Elite Courts takes reasonable steps to protect inquiry and order information. Customer and order records are private to the business rather than readable through the public website, administrator access requires a password and supports a second verification step, and important administrator actions are recorded.

No website, email system, or online communication channel can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and no absolute guarantee of security is given.

Inquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, follow-up, internal reference, security, or administrative purposes. Order records are kept as described in the Elite Store section above.

Your choices

You may contact Elite Courts to ask what information about you is held, or to ask for correction or deletion of information you previously provided, subject to legitimate business, security, legal, or recordkeeping needs. Where an order is still open or a record is needed for accounting, that information may be retained until the need ends.

You can usually manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings.

Updates to this policy

Elite Courts may update this Privacy Policy when website features, operations, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
